I havent had a decent run now since I did a 10k beginning of May.It was after that that I decided enough was enough, I needed to get some relief from a fairly constant pain or burning sensation, at my heel which, strangely enough, seemed to lessen after a couple of miles. It was sore to touch and uneven. Advice on the web was (RICE),Rest,Ice,Compression and Elevation. First thing in the morning was worst, walking down the stairs required support on the bannisters.
