    April, 06, broke right ankle. (broken shoes). Fell, dislocating ankle from heel. Tried to get up, and broke my own bones! (Broke left ankle 5 yrs ago by slipping on a wet marble floor.     I broke my ankle over 25 years ago skydiving. I had surgery and was in a cast afterwards. I did not have any plates or screws inserted. I now have a lot of pain in my ankle. I just recently started using an orthotic. Which may or may not help. [more..]
