To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download ankle pain with bruising I walk a lot on concrete at work, I wear Skechers shoes because they seem to absorb the most shock, but even walking gently results in a lot of blood leakage around my ankles, a burning sensation on top of my right ankle, an aching, burning on the outside right ankle behind my ankle bone and I am unable to walk down stairs except one at a time. This naturally leads to the left ankle having near similar symptons (blood leakage, permanent brusing) but the outside left ankle hurts in front of the ankle bone. I have red dots that go up my legs to my knees and beyond that looks like bruising. Ice and rest are my only remedy so far, is this a permanent injury? Comments
