To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download my little toe I am a 32yr old female, I too have this condition affecting my left foot only and my fourth toe, no-one else in my family has this. I noticed my toe changing when I was around 11, I have always felt self consious about it and hated it. Only my close family, husband and close friends know about it. I have always been really nervous about going to peoples places where I have to remove my shoes, so pack a pair of socks in my handbag just incase. Whenever we go swimming I always notice people looking at it. Even when I was in hospital after having my babies, the nurses would stare at it while I was breastfeeding (when I forgot to put my socks or slippers on) and think I wouldn’t see them looking, man I felt sooo embarassed. I have shown it to a few doctors but they had no idea what caused it. I live in New Zealand and can’t find anything on google NZ about it. So doubt I will ever have the option to get it corrected here. Comments
