To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download living with Brachymetatarsia hey! on my left foot, my fourth toe is deformed. its shorter that all of my other toes. and it sorta sits upwards.i asked my mom if she ever noticed but she said i wasn’t born like that .she said my bone just stop growing.where im frm in jamaica i kno a few ppl with this problem so i never though of it as anything.but when my family moved to america i noticed that the ppl here are very jugdemental and i’ve hidden my left foot every where i go. ever since 3rd grade i’ve always wore close toe shoes. my freshman yr i was brave enough to wear sandal. i am now going on to my senior yr and still i hide my toe. its like when im in public i have a feeling that everyone is steering at my toe when no one is lookin. i want to fix my toe but i kno it wont be anytime soon. or mybe i’ll learn to love myself and keep. i was watching t.v and i decided to go check my email when i thought i’d do some research and learn more. so i just wanted to share my story with other ppl in the wrrld like me. =] Comments
