Foot pain

Back in Sept some thing bit me on my left foot pinky toe. Ever since then my foot has been in pain. It was found that I had a stress fracture. So for 6 weeks I wore a boot cast. When the boot cast was removed and the pain returned in 3 days. I now have to go for an E.M.G. to see if I have any nerve or muscle damage. This is now 8 weeks later. I am wondering if the pain is still stemming from what ever bit me. Any Ideas or stories that may help in this will be greatly appreciated.
