I went to play squash and I did not warn up very well. After this play. I got a pain on the foot arc. I went to the doctor and he was thinking that I had a problem on the arc and the tissue has been remove from the bone and it need it to be stick again. He sent me a scan from the arc but nothing appear. Not problems everything was ok. He sent me to physical theraphy and they applied heat and cold, exercises etc.. for about 1 month. After sometime I did not feel the foot well again but not pain. A noise began when I went up stairs but it was not on all the steps. It is not always but in some steps I hear the crack, but I do not get any pain. I went to the doctor and he told me it is a degradation on the tendons and there is notthing to do in order to stop the noise. I got used to the noise and keep going with life. Now 5 years later. The problem is getting worse. I belive my foot has been swollen for a long period of time. The swollen is not big so I do not feel it too much but the new scans from my left foot tells that there is swollen in every tendon tissue etc.. on the foot. I have gotten some pain on my talon of Achilles. The doctor has told me to make theraphy as the foot is really weak and I can get the talon of Achilles broken. I have take medice to reduce the swollen but after 5 days it got swollen again. I do exercise to the foot 3 or 4 times per week and I feel a little better but I feel the swollen not leaving and If I stop to make the excersices for one or 2 weeks. I feel the foot really bad. I am in a position on where the doctors do not know what I have or at least they do not know. HC Comments
