Just diagnosed; foot pain relief

I have had this foot pain for 4 months now. I am a musician and play keyboards. Pressing my right foot on the keyboard pedal was aggrivating the pain. I thought the pain was caused by the pedaling, but I have found that it just kind of developed and the pedaling was just making it hurt more. I am treating this the non-surgical way, also without drugs and injections. I soak my foot for 30min every night in Epsom salt , and go for regular massages and chiropratic treatment to help the pain. It is working. Drugs and cortozone injections have serious side effects and should be avoided at all costs.
