To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download plantar fasciitis hi all. i am a very obese person so unfortunately i have had many health problems over the years, like heart disease gout, urinary track [tract] infection and now another foot problem. firstly, my archilles tendon kept swelling in the heel joint which gave me a lot of pain, and walking was a problem. i was told to try to rest the foot as much as possible,,, after 7 months limping around and always being in pain,, for reasons unknown,, the archilles tendon stopped hurting and the swelling went down,, but unfortunately,, the pain shifted to other places.. i now find out my new condition is called plantar fasciitis you read about this condition but you are not prepared for how painful this condition is and how much your life is effected. it’s true that once you get out of bed and go through the agony of putting your shoes on and start moving around,, your heel will start to loosen up and the pain will ease.. you try to get exercise or see friends but too much excercise during the day then you will pay for it at night. your foot tightens up so much you cannot sleep because your heel throbs so much.. i suppose its my own fault getting so obese, and wearing badly fitting shoes didn’t help.
