Simple, Natural Heel Pain Solution

by: LCT on Thu, Feb 21 2008

I went to my doctor with heel pain and was given a drug which did help, but only temporarily. Since I exercised by walking and worked as a teacher, I stood and walked enough to overide the drug. I was sent then by my doctor to an orthopedic who gave me a cortizone shot which did not touch the pain. I returned to him as the pain was still quite intense. He said that he would have to do surgery. Whoa! I decided to wait before I took that action.

Fortunately a friend who also had suffered with heel pain had gotten relief by wearing a boot to hold the heel in a correct position while sleeping. She let me use it, and I got some relief. But the complete end to my heel pain came to me because my husband, having found an advertisement for a tape about a natural solution to heel pain asked me if he should order it. I, having already gone to the appropriate health professionals and having read many thing in magazines and on the internet said, “I have already read everything and know everything that is out there, but go ahead and order it.” He did and it allowed me to get back to pain free feet.

It was simply doing an easy to do exercise on steps or any elevated surfaces where the heel/heels can be stretched with the weight of the body. I had been given a variety of different things to do that were supposed to help, but this was a real plan with a time frame and chart to help monitor the exercise. I have shared this exercise with everyone who says to me that they have heel pain. Every single person, without exception, who has done the exercise– even one’s with heel spurs, have had the success of completely ridding themselves of heel pain. A solution to heel pain that does not involve drugs or surgery is out there, folks.

The tape is called Heel Pain. The doctor who gets the credit is Dr. Amis. The exercise starts doing the above exercise for 30 seconds three times a day for about two weeks, then 1 minute a day for about two weeks, then a minute and a half three times a day which is the max amount of time recommended per day. A warning is included which says never to go over 3 minutes a day. Too much can actually do harm. Well, that’s it. A simple excercise and time. Take heart, folks, it does work, and you don’t even need to buy the tape because I have told you what to do. Go do it. Quit shaking your head and go do it. It works!!!
