The toe that should have been amputated

by: Pus Tu Lent on Mon, Nov 19 2007

I have been a victim to ingrown toenails my hole life. They never seemed like a big deal because I used to treat them myself with a little home surgery. However, I recently suffered from an ingrown toenail that required professional treatment. I did not feel better after the part of the nail was removed. That night my toe looked more swollen and I could not walk on that foot. I was up all night in excruciating pain. I now started to take an antibiotic. I hope it will clear up soon. Will keep you posted.
