  I had my operation for Mortons Neuroma in June this year, it was very very painful for quite a while afterwards, i had to walk about on my heel as i could not put my foot down, this was to be expected though, i got my stitches out 2 weeks afterwards was told to leave it alone until then do not remove the bandage and do not get it wet!!!   I had surgery for 4 neuromas (2 on each foot) three months ago. I am still unable to walk and have been told by my doctor that I had hemotomas after surgery which is why it is taking so long for me to heal. There is currently a lot of fluid in my feet. [more..]

  Several months ago I started having severe pain in the ball of my foot. My foot Dr diagnosed it as stress fractures and put me in a ortho shoe for several weeks. He also told me to avoid future problems I needed to have my bunion removed and wear orthodics [orthotics]. [more..]

  I have already seen my podiatrist and he told me that my arch is falling in my right foot and that I more than likely have a neuroma Arch supports in my tennis shoes have helped, but haven’t aleviated the problem. [more..]

  For the past 1.5 months I have had an ache in my forefoot. I get odd tingling with faint burning sensation over an area just behind toes 3 & 4. I also have the feeling of a very slight jelly like swelling in the same area. I have no numbness and no pain. [more..]

  I had MN for over 18 months - with pain so bad it woke me up at night. Went through cortisone and alcohol sclerosing and nothing worked - was looking at surgery, which did not look so nice. Then I went to a pain management doc who put me on Lyrica, which saved my life! [more..]

  Had the surgery to have the nerve removed a few months ago.There was huge improvement for a while then pain started up again so I went back to Specialist who sent me to Orthotic Centre and the Orthotics are helping but pain getting worse [more..]
