Was seen by podiatrist and told to wear orthotics and wear different shoes. Also got a cortizone shot which helped for a long time. The inserts help a lot but there are days I still have pain. Now I have one in my left foot. I really don’t want to have surgery because of time off from work and it sounds like the pain of surgery is worse than the nueroma. So I guess it’s back for another shot! Comments
