To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Surgery IS possible for Morton’s Neuroma? I have been so surprised to read stories from people who suffer from Morton’s Neuroma and have had surgery. I have suffered with M.N. for approx 6 years and have been told that they cannot operate. I have visited many specialists and they only offer orthotics pain medications, and cortisone injects. I am so glad to have found this web-page with proof from other sufferer’s who have had relief after surgery. I understand that there are possibilities of complications but after suffering for so long it seems like a plausible alternative. I have even printed some info. found here as I have an appt. with my podiatrist in 2 weeks and am going to ask for an explanation. The pain is excruciating and debilitating at times. Hard to walk (hobble) around with a smile on your face when really you just want to sit down and cry. The pain has seeped into my ankles and calves as well. Has anyone experienced this as well? Finding shoes to wear has also been a problem. I used to wear expensive European shoes with my orthotics but am not even able to wear them as I cannot stand to have straps across the top of my feet. I live in a cold climate and now have difficulty wearing snow shoes because I cannot tie them and the weight on the top of my feet is sometimes unbearable. My feet burn and throb enough when nothing is touching them let alone put extra stress on them. Thanks for listening (reading). It feels better just knowing someone else understands. Comments
