nueroma injection nightmare

I recently underwent injections to my foot for neuroma The 1st injection (cortisone) did nothing for the pain and my entire leg filled with fluid for several days.

The next injections were the alcohol based. 1st injection I felt great relief HOWEVER, upon the 2nd injection, my foot swelled so bad that I begged for a knife to “cut it off”. Thankfully I did not but while icing down the painful foot, I felt a sudden twinge followed by my hip rotating several times from the socket THEN my thigh muscle literally fell off to the side.

It was the most horrifying experience ever. I was told I had an allergic reaction to the injection and that I could have died from it.
