To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Treatment in Progress I began with 2 plantar warts about a year ago. The podiatrist wanted to burn them off, but I would be off of my feet for 2 weeks. I told him I wanted to try the Dr. Scholl’s stickers first. The stickers only made it worse. I went from 2 small warts to one large mosaic (about the size of a dime) and its three friends. I tried freezing them and it didn’t seem to phase it. The more I would do, the more mad it seemed to get! I even tried prescription topical medication, and all it did was eat away my healthy tissue and cause an infection. I went back to the podiatrist where he informed me that I had to have it burned off. I finally gave in and had them burned off. The worst part was the local they gave me. Those needles were so long, but it didn’t hurt for too long. I now have 3 small holes and 1 giant hole in my foot. It’s started to scab over and still looks gross. The doctor said that because it was a mosaic, I would probably have to have it done again, but It wouldn’t be as bad since it would be small. Needless to say, don’t wait to get rid of it and those stupid stickers only made it worse. Now I regret waiting so long to have it done. Hopefully, it won’t come back and I won’t have to go through this again. Comments
