To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Morning Backache I once got over “morning backache” after being injured in an ambulance wreck after a plant accident. I just did flexibility exercises and curls before going to sleep. However at 66 yrs old it has come back !! I am trying to overcome it with various exercises and glucosamine, MSM, New mattress, and 3 fish oils/day as well as my normal vitamins like multi and extra C ect. I wonder if this is a mild form of “rheumatism”??? I will soon be ordering microlactin from Swanson to try that. The idea is to avoid tylenol as long as possible and find a healthier course!!
