To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Extreme reduction in RLS Through trial and elimination I have experienced a huge reduction in RLS almost imediately. I have stopped consuming anything that may be carbonated, including any alchohol with bubbles, and all sources of caffiene after four PM in the afternooon. I had gotten to the stage where an evening out turned into a nightmare, the drive home took on the proportions of an epic marathon, sometimes taking two or three times longer than it should, and because sleep was impossible, I would not be able to go to bed. I spent most of the night wandering around trying to get my legs to stop jumping. I still experience the occassional discomfort when I relax after a hard day at work, but this is easily overcome by a short walk around the garden. I cannot believe how simple the solution was. I am fifty three years old and RLS has been a problem for me for the last twenty seven years. Comments
