I’m a 49 year old woman and I have RSD It started with an accident in 2003 it took me about 31/2 months to walk again and still live with the pain in my left foot. I did nerve blockers all kinds of shots whatever the doctor said I tried. Now I had surgery on my right foot now I have it there. The pain get so bad sometime I just cry, pain medicine do for a little while then its back. I work 8 hours a day its hard but I don’t want to give up. The pain can get so bad when I walk I walk with a limp. If there is any help please let me know.

i am 47 and i had an accident at home and crushed my wrist. i had surgery and the dr. put a plate with 5 pins and 4 screws. after 1 month the dr. told me i have rsd and had no idea what that was.

Hi, I am a 47-year-old female who had a radical mastectomy in 2004 (breast and lymph node removal) on the left side. I was warned to be careful with my left arm (not have blood pressures, needle sticks, etc.) and really had no problems until last fall (2007) when I tripped going up a few steps and banged into the door jam with my left arm.

I am a 59 year old female with MS…doctors finally told me that I also have RSD. The past 2 months my sister who had a knee replacement and couldn’t get better w/all she was suppose to do with therapy.

I am a 35 year old woman that used to teach children with Autism. The students at the school that I worked at had severe enough Autism that their counties couldn’t place them in public schools so they were sent to our school.

my names wendy and i was diagnosed with r.s.d in january this year, having never heard of it this came as a shock and i cant beleive it is so painful and disabaling , i had surgery on my right hand and since then i have had r.s.d and can no longer use my hasnd which because i am right handed has totally ruined my life .
