  • Frustrated with fracture - by Dede - (Wed, Jul 25 2007)
Hi all. I shattered my sesemoid [sesamoid] bone about a week ago. It was so badly shattered that the dr. thought it is actually a re injury of an old fracture, which I do not remember ever doing. I was in a walking cast for a week, which I hated. I am now in a short leg cast which I requested. [more..]

(a way to get steroid/anti-inflamatory via electrical impulses). [more..]
