steriod injections

well i just had the injections because i suffer from a bi-partite sessamoid [sesamoid]. its been 2 days and the pain is soo bad that i cant even walk properly. the actuall procedure wasnt too bad, it was numb so didnt feel much. has anyone else had the injections?? if so how long did it take to settle down?

I am only 16 and I have already had half of my right foot sesamoid bone removed. It started my sophomore year when I was 15 and a dancer in the marching band. During band camp, I slipped on a flag pole and apparently cracked my sesamoid bone. [more..]
