Foot and Leg pain

I do not know what I have. I woke up with severe bilateral arch pain 4 years ago, after a broken toe, and a lot of stress. My foot pain was so excruciating, and instead of narcotics they gave me an anti depressant.

I developed severe serotonin syndrome, and then severe withdrawl, as I was taken off without a taper. The dizzyness and vision loss never went away. A neurologist gave me scopolamine, which caused severe muscle spasticity, and clonus, and nerve pain , mostly in my lower legs and feet, and that never went away. Now over the last year, I have developed increasing foot and lower leg swelling with pitting edema. The shins hurt, and the tendons on the inside of my foot and ankle and next to the achilles are incredibly swollen and painful.

I can walk only a block or so, and by the end of the day can barely stand, and my legs throb even when lying down. I do not know if this is now Tarsal Tunnel and plantar fascitis, but it feels as if my ligaments and tendons are too short for my body. The pain is incredible, and the swelling I know is from damage being done by the constant inflammation. Each drug that was given me poisoned me, and as I was a runner, this incredible foot and leg pain has been horrible. Now I have severe lower back pain too as I cannot stand on my feet correctly. Any thoughts or help?
