To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download tarsal tunnel syndrome I had surgery a year ago for tarsal tunnel and plantar facitis. It took nearly that long before my foot felt well enough to exercise again. My plantar facitis went wrong and balled up under my foot. That was very painful and after 18 weeks of therapy, electric shock, and ice treatments, I have finally able to walk normal. I would do it again but without the plantar facitis sx. tarsal tunnel went just great and the relief was great. Comments
