To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome About 1 month ago, I started having burning and tingling sensations and swelling on the inner side of my left ankle area. After 2 weeks of trying to deal with the pain myself, I went to my family physician ( have no insurance so I only go to the doctor when I feel I can’t take care of the situation myself.) After describing the symptoms, he diagnosed TTS, prescribed Aleve 2 x day for 10 days along with elevating the foot. (Diabetes has been ruled out.) I have been unable to return to the dr. yet due to the lack of insurance and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions to make the pain more bearable. The burning and stinging never goes away but is only located around the ankle area and not the bottom, toe or heel of the foot. Does anyone have some miraculous suggestions that would at least relieve the burning/stinging/swelling somewhat. Thank you very much and I hope you all have good look with your experiences. Comments
